اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن ، والعجز والكسل ، والبخل والجبن ، وضلع الدين وغلبة الرجال O Allah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being over powered by men. World can throw at you blings that has the sharpness of a broken glass, such that even if you gently touch them you can get hurt..and those are unavoidable, so the only solution is to face them bravely and raise to the occasion when people around you pulls you down.
