I was depressed and I didn't know how to make myself feel better. I started this painting without any plan on what to create. I began to feel better while I was painting, and by the end of the painting, there was no more darkness left. It was as if this painting was all I needed to get through the day. I felt like the rays of the sun were rising and the darkness was going away.
